My favorite finger lakes Riesling. Just a touch off dry. Peachy deliciousness!
Nice acidity. Great finish. — a year ago
Very rare red. Dark rich and supple, not overpowering. Black fruits. Some nice acidity. — 4 years ago
Classic Riesling 2020 vintage. Just a touch of sweetness. Ripe apricot. Golden apples — 5 years ago
So much fruit! But not sweet. — 7 years ago
Can’t go wrong with Shaw. Beautifully aged. — 7 years ago
Dark and juicy. Lots of cherry and then raspberry and black current. Not very tannic—hits on the inside of the cheeks vs gums. While the initial flavor profile is nice I would like more depth and complexity. — 6 months ago
Lemon and pear with notes of petrol. Very fruity and paired well with stuffed fresh artichokes. — a year ago
Green apple, big acid. — 3 years ago
Zweigelt this year. Red cherry. Dry finish. Austere. Needs a bit more fruit to hit the nines. But very refined rosé — 4 years ago
Excellent. Hints of fruit, crisp. Good with or without food. Definitely repeat — 7 years ago
Mineral-driven / this one needs time — 8 years ago
2020 vintage. Dry and delicious. Some pear notes. Less lime. Almonds and minerals. — 2 years ago
This is the Evergreen Lek single vineyard dry Riesling. Very “Trimbachian” in style. Nose shows subtle crushed slate, a bit of petrol-like minerality, dried and fresh green apple slices. Crisp and bone dry in the mouth, the texture is soft and the finish is long. Medium bodied. Very classical. — 4 years ago

Big mouthfeel but moderate alcohol. Good finish. Nice smooth tannins. Blackberry and plum flavors. Good red meat wine. — 4 years ago
Excellent, with or without food. Smooth, slightly berry, very drinkable. Definitely repeat — 7 years ago
