light lemon in color with a green hue.
Strong nose of limes, lemons, tropical fruits, green apples, light grapefruits, spices, minerals and light earth.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with green apples, grapefruits, herbs, limes, lemons, light earth and spices.
Tangy finish with limes and bitter herbs.
This is a very tasty Sauvignon Blanc from Napa Valley. Showing nice complexity. Crisp and refreshing.
Better after 90 minutes of airtime, and better when not too cold.
Would be nice to revisit it in a year or two and see how it evolves.
Good right out of the bottle, and good by itself or with food. I paired it with fatty hard cheeses. Would pair beautifully with fresh oysters.
12.5% alcohol by volume.
90 points.

This 17-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley is drinking beautifully now. Powerful and spicy. Elegant, complex and fruit forward.
Well balanced and rich, but not extracted. Alcohol is nicely integrated by now. Delicious and engaging.
I've had a few vintages of this wine, and this is my favorite vintage so far.
Showing a very complex nose, that I really loved smelling on for a while. I love this kind of wines.
Needs 2 hours in the decanter to open up properly and show its beauty.
Peking now, and will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.
A fantastic wine. Spicy and interesting. A great sipping wine that is a joy to drink by itself.
