Really focused wine, more of a citrusy style, great minerality, lean and piercing on the pallet, balanced with an impressively long finish. Interesting with our dim sum feast. — 6 years ago
Really enjoyable. Somewhat juicy and oaky with medium tannins. Enjoyable with food or by itself. — 6 years ago

Grand vin — 5 years ago

Crystal coloration, with hints of yellow colored deep within. Nose is actually prominent, with notes of tart stonefuit, specifically peach, African cucumber, and sharp acidity despite the age. Palate doesn’t show any age or loss of acidic zing! Fresh and dry, with a long tingle that lasts long after the sip. Bought on our honeymoon, tasted and purchased on site, and popped to celebrate the birth of our first child. — 4 days ago
