Wow. Incredible wine 20 years later! Great color and fruit. — 7 months ago
More of the same aromatic, so we'll balanced that it almost doesn't feel as if it has more stuffing but just radiates an impression of solidity and confidence that seems to demand time in the bottle. — 2 years ago
Beautiful nose with dark fruit. Black tea on the palate. Very silky with smooth tannins. Lovely balanced wine! — 5 years ago
Orange rind, tar, tobacco, tea, green and oolong, floral and confectionery, super complex nose. Stunning. 9.7. Soft and sweet but also super structured and tannic. So linear and so pure. Finish is slightly clipped. Good concentration, freshness and depth. So clean. — 4 months ago
Tannic but not too much, fruit but not overly ripe, distinct dried flower notes. Ah, tradition. Really good old school barolo. — 2 years ago
Full and dark - nose of black cherries, plums, licorice. Velvety tannins, uplifting acidity. A little simple but quite concentrated. Not bad. — 3 years ago
With fruits from the San Pietro cru in Monforte d'Alba and aging in stainless steel and amphora for 10 month only, this is a simplistic yet beautiful interpretation of Nebbiolo.
Ripe cherry, strawberry, plum, rose petals with just hint of forest floor. Medium elegant body. Vibrant yet composed. Soft dusty tannins. Just lovely. — 4 months ago
This wine paired well with both barbacoa and mole poblano. Two different Mexican dishes that are often hard to pair with wine. The sweetness of the mole blended well with the fruitiness of the wine. — 2 years ago
