These old Brouilly are really incredible! Intense notes of peppery wild strawberries, truffle evolution, undergrowth, dried flowers, blood orange.. the finish is persistent, like the fragrances of a perfume, intertwining fine tannins and endless acidity veins, with light bitters welcome.

Great moment of pleasure with this Morgon 2013 still alive, and superbly advanced. Aerial notes of dried flowers, rose, peony, fresh strawberry, and pretty evolution notes, truffle, it pinote! The final is permanent, on fleshy tannins with a lot of chew.

Notes aériennes de fleurs séchées, de la rose, de la pivoine, de la fraise fraîche, et de jolies notes dévolution un peu cuir, truffe, ça pinote à fond. Another delicious rendition of the “Chateau Lagrange Blanc.” Beautiful fragrance seemingly melds a little herbal, gooseberryish SB with characteristic lanolin and orchard fruit Semillon notes (I have no idea what the blend is here.) Deep, lovely, soft minerality too. Impeccable balance in the mouth. Nice but gentle acids keep the deep, long, dry palate fresh. Such a great value too. — 2 months ago

Some beautiful notes between raspberry, pepper, fennel, various herbal nuances, dried flowers. The freshness is beginning to fade, 2015 is on its final stretch. Already almost too old.
