I find this one kind of hard to describe. It was very deep and very concentrated with flavors that just sort of stewed together. It was almost like this wine was lacking oxygen at some point in its life and it just tasted still. This is a fun wine made in limited quantities. Rich and inky with a nose that is super barnyardy and funky. You will get smoked fruit and meat 🍖 with a blackfruit finish.
