On the palate flavors of apple and peach with lime citrus zest, honeysuckle and chalky nuttiness. 2022/5/31-6/1 with ayu karaage, hachiku several ways, niku-dofu, etc. This is my favorite of the lower-priced Léa reds - there’s really nice acidity and flesh, and enough age to be fully open with hints of complexity but still with vibrant fruit. Really good on day 2 as well. — 4 years ago
