Final meal in Paris. I had read about Anthony Bourdain liking this place because of its simplicity and perfectly cooked meat. (Apparently one of his favorites in Paris). Great meal to close our week in Paris, especially if you like fire grilled meat as much as we do.
The Diane de Belgrade was a textbook Bordeaux. I liked it even more after a bit of time in the glass. This wine is also a reminder that even simple bottles can be amazing. @Robert et Louise in Le Marais. — 2 years ago

Not really a time for celebration given the recent events, but life is too short no to live in the moment.
I thought this cuvée has higher % of PN, but it does not seem to be the case for 2005 (can’t fine the exact blend for the vintage) as it shows prominent apple and citrus notes. Peach, pomelo, brioche, and white flowers as well. Very intense yet quite refined on the palate with chalky minerals. The finish is precise and long. — 12 hours ago
