アセロラ、ザクロ、ちょいローズ、ミント、小梅、チェリー。
初めは閉じがちだったが、ワインを振って、強制エアレーションしたら、華やさかと、旨みが乗ってきた。
陰な感じが少しあって、世界観はフランクコーネリッセンのワインっぽくもあり、カダルカ自体は初めて飲むが、チェザネーゼっぽくもある。
じわじわとやってくる旨味が抜群で、鍋系に合いそう。

Slovakian red that makes me swoon- accent on natural made but not screaming funky. Just a medium to light bodied, peppery, cranberry & tart infused gem, light on polished tannins. Wonderful lift & a back end. Refreshing. A blend of: Frankovka Modrá, Cabernet Sauvignon, Alibernet. Also a QPR in my parts, at about 15$. — 3 years ago

Slovak Riesling. Similar to dry German Riesling but a bit more mellow and less sharp at the end. Not sure if it was aged in a quervi but has that feel. Still green garlic chives and lush melon. — 4 years ago

If you are ever unconvinced that Slovakia doesn’t make good wine you need to try is wine from Stekov. Fred 8 Is light bodied wine but finds that balance between complex and easy drinking. I saw another reviewer said Brett on the nose and totally agree it’s a little bit barley wine co- fermented but still super ripe. Would be so good with cold charcuterie or grilled chicken.  — 4 years ago

This is fascinating. Never had a sparkler like this. So much stone fruit, peaches, then green apple and lychee. There’s some grass, more apple, sea salt, and pear. Pretty cool. — 2 years ago

2019. Interesting blend of white and red grapes (40% Pinot Blanc, 30% Pinot Gris, 30% Pinot Noir). Labeled as a Dry Orange Wine (30 days skin contact) and not the rosé indicated by @Delectable Wine. Has a little funk, but not of the organic chemistry lab variety of some orange wines. Sour cherry flavors and tannins built up with every sip. Enjoyed more the more I drank! — 3 years ago
