The 2021 Pinot Noir Sierra Mar Vineyard is a wild wine. Strong mineral and savory notes are front and center, while the fruit is more pushed into the background. BIG Walnuts/Leather. So fragrant, like a crumpled leather jacket that you want to curl up with..Delicious w Roquefort Carles.Oh my, Spain is so interesting .
