One of the best wine. Very noticable Caramrlized tones — 8 months ago
Absolutely loved this Georgian rose picked up at Il Vino Torchio. Balances tannins, strawberry first with a dry leathery ending, more like a red than rose. — 2 years ago
Tangerines and funk and love moments. — 5 months ago
beautiful natural expression of sauvignon blanc—mineral heavy, a bit tart but not overly acidic. — 6 months ago
Unpretentious, easy-drinking blend of Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo by Paolo Bea - benchmark producer of natural wines - and the nuns at the Cistercian monastery in Vitorchiano in Lazio (coenobium is the Latin for monastery). Fermented with wild yeasts. Pale, slightly cloudy cherry color. Red fruit (cherry, strawberry jam) aromas and flavors. Earthy and floral notes and a hint of tobacco and herbs. Fruit-forward, medium bodied, great acidity. Nice rusticity. Very pleasant — 3 years ago

Balanced and a great Pinot. Continues to be a favorite even young. — a year ago
Fun Georgian foraged wine. Surprisingly smooth for a foraged grape, taste like a great French natural wine. Ate with grilled chicken with asparagus and ramps. — 3 years ago
