Lemon and honeydew on the palate. A typical fresh tasting Albariño great with shrimp, etc. October 2024. — a month ago
Galicia masterclass 🇪🇸. Native grape varieties. 10-12 in stainless, aged on lees. $43 — 2 months ago
Where the cool kids and the somms can get along. Wildly balanced in a harmony we can all agree upon. Potpourri of fresh fleshy cherry, stems, full of green pine and acetone and crystalized Luden cough drops, residues of mint, meat and blood.
Texture like crushed velvet. Damn soft, subtle cush crunch. — a month ago

Violets and macerated strawberries plus a surprisingly tannic structure — a month ago
Salty AF with a hint of…mango??? on the nose and slight orange blossoms color-forming in the background. The palate is textured, reminding me of the feel of suede (forgive me, I’m a vegetarian, but remember the feel of suede). It is so soft and suave but also textured. It brings in a bitter orange, Saturn peach and peach yogurt flavor sensation, prickling with acidity and, yes, again, salinity. — 2 months ago

Light bodied. Packed with a ton of flavor. I have loved everything from this producer. Mint and wet gravel to go along with beautiful red fruit. — 23 days ago
