On the palate flavors of peach, apple and citrus flavors, floral with biscuit tones. Nice expression from one of my favorite Meursault vineyards: Charmes. I don't know anything about the producer, but this is clean on the palate, with toasty, nutty tertiary notes shining through a mediocre vintage. I don't think I'd pay the price tag for this, but a nice bottle nonetheless. — 7 years ago

I’m sorry to have judged this wine too early - she is a shy one and takes some time and warmth to open up to her full potential. The wine is a light straw yellow in color. Initial aromas and taste are lemon, lemon zest, lemon pith, with a hint of the roundness of cream. After a while it takes on tertiary wool aromas, soft like a cashmere sweater. The texture is light, restrained, elegant, refined, though not a super long finish. Charming and worth getting to know over the course of an evening.
