From 375mL. The “Rosé de Saignée” pours almost a fuchsia color with a transparent core and a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe strawberry, raspberry, red apple and chalky minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with low tannin and medium+ acid. This bottle was off - Le Petit Clos is a fav of min. I’ve had 3 bottles previously of this vintage, all well integrated, smooth, leaving you wishing for more. A bit unbalanced, lacked floral notes and had a strong acidic finish. I’m going to just leave my other bottles for a couple of years before revisiting. — 3 years ago
