Pouring this out is a joy as the aromas just immediately fill the room - a bouquet of scents. Chocolate, cigar, vanilla, and a ton of blackberry pie and baking spices Smells delicious. The color is a dark garnet, borders of red. Strong, large body with big tannins. Beautiful mocha and blueberry flavors. More of the vanilla. Loving this. — a year ago

Outrageously good and ready to drink now (late 2024) and still has time. Dark ruby color with a bounty of aromas that blast out of the glass. Earth and fruit. Dark chocolate, eucalyptus, vanilla bean, oak and lots of baking spices bleed together with rich cassis, blackberries, and dark cherries. It’s not super tight, well integrated tannins and strong but not overbearing acid structure. It is a big wine but not overwhelmingly so. — 18 days ago

Light gold appearance. Fig, apricot, rose water Brie on the nose. Silky, with bright fruit, not much acidity. Slightly sweet like a white Bordeaux. With 9 years it has enough structure and length to be interesting. — 5 years ago
