Good Sangiovese without the classic cherry of chianti so much. Big wine bit only 13%. Finishes with an interesting sour note. — 5 years ago
Bright cherry and nice acidity. Slightly meaty on the palate with well integrated tannins. — 9 years ago

Honeyed nose with hints of eucalyptus. This wine becomes extremely round and complex with food, specifically Thai red curry chicken. — 3 years ago

Tasted blind. Medium lemon colour. Touch of reduction ? Gun flint , with some toasty notes , lemon peel . On the palate this appears quite structured , with some oak noticable , lemon peel , white peach, slightly buttery notes . Quite a lot of extract . Bit of alcohol noticable , touch of astringency. Ok medium length . This really opened up after a while and showed more Semillon character . Probably even better in a few years , more time for the oak to fully integrate . Will last well a further 5- 10 years or so. — 7 days ago
