Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2013 “Visol” pours a straw color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of peach, lemon, light brioche, and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. There is a chalky mineral and almost fino sherry-like finish, which is medium. Mestres does such a great job. Drink now. — 2 months ago

Delicious! — 8 days ago
My ideal weeknight sparkling wine. My dad is a big Cava fan, so naturally I was raised to be the same. This wine is so reasonably priced and arguably over performs. Crisp and straightforward with notes of green apple, lemon zest, and a little pear, plus a light toasty finish. The bubbles are lively but not aggressive, making it super drinkable. Clean, dry, and refreshing. Solid everyday cava. No complaints. — a month ago
