Desvignes likes a submerged cap and employs a grid with varying times and % of cluster depending on product.
N:Inky black, smashed strawberries, some coal tar, herbs, endlessly developing.Smoke & meat. echoed on the palate.
P:Light and dense at the same time, grippy. Blackberries, bright, nice acidity.
I bet w patience, this would round out nicely, crunchy now.All the dark berries.
