Pedregal Vineyard Chardonnay 2013

I know i have had this wine before and didn’t like it, but for some reason letting it age longer than a usual white wine improved the taste. — 5 years ago

Red fruit, cream and raspberry. Very smooth and balanced. Paired with chartreuse. — 2 months ago

Bucella

Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2008

Needed something big with some age on it to follow the ‘12 Ramey Pedregal. This did the trick. — 3 years ago

It’s still good. Peaked though. It was a bit zippier earlier in life. — 3 months ago

Triumvirate Pedregal Vineyard Meritage 2011

It’s funny. Paring is important. This is great with a peppery tri-tip and makes it a 9.0. Not great with pasta or anything without peppery taste. Also the storage or the way it was bottled could have something to do with it as well. Completely different compared to the same vintage almost 6 months ago. — 7 years ago
