Popped and poured; enjoyed as an aperitif prior to dinner. The NV Brut Rosé pours a very pretty pink color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of raspberry, strawberry, spring flowers, some brioche, lemon citrus and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. The fruit is round in a good way. Balanced. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and chalky. This is a classy NV Rosé that’s easy for the wine nerd and the crowd to appreciate. Drink now. No disgorgement data. — 5 months ago
Vin Gris Fe Cigar. Pink wine of the earth. Sweet but not overly sweet like Moscato. — a year ago
The description: The colour is salmon, light pink rose. The aromas show fresh strawberries, cranberry and hints of white pepper. The palate is where the romance is. The texture is crisp almost crunchy, which brings out the fresh strawberry and red tree fruit characters. This wines truly refreshes the palate… and soul.
The opinion. Perfect for quaffing on the deck and great value. Definitely buying in a dozen for summer. — 3 months ago
Fantastic and light with right amount of sweet — 5 months ago
Beautiful blanc / blush transparent pink - white in the glass.
Just a classy clean bouquet with aromas of raspberry, peaches, and the light waft of fresh bread.
Nice mousse, not overpowering. Monastrell comes through. Big, unencumbered, and inconspicuously fresh and bold. Peaches and raspberries with a light bready character. Cherries. — 9 months ago

Salmon pink. Flower. Raspberry. Chalk. Spices. Whispering Angel. Chateau D’Esclans 22 @1200/G, Eric, 240719, 89 — 4 months ago
Reliable but fine. Nothing to write home about. Good for the price point. Would bring for a party but maybe not to have to enjoy at home. — a year ago

Pale salmon in color.
Light nose of citrus, strawberries, earth, light herbs and minerals.
Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity and small bubbles.
Dry on the palate with raspberries, light cherries, limes, green apples, light grapefruits, minerals and herbs.
Long finish with limes and light almonds.
This is a delicious Rosé Champagne. Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel.
This 16 year old is showing nice complexity at this point. Feels still young and very fresh. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.
I've had this vintage a few times before, and it is very consistent.
A delicious Champagne that’s perfect for sipping on its own. Will also pair nicely with fresh seafood.
12.5% alcohol by volume.
92 points.
