Buenisimo este vino, para comer con pollo o pescado. Lo combinamos con pollo a la toscana y estuvo exquisito. — 2 years ago
Saludos.

This is the elegant side of Sangiovese. Light in color, packed with beautifully pure red fruits. It's incomprehensible how a 13 dollar wine can be this good.
Amazing and surprising paring with Al Carbon tacos and Pollo Mole. — 5 years ago

💪This Barolo @ £45 blew that last one away @ half the price - much more masculine 👊💥 So much life in this baby 👌

This is a charming, medium bodied wine. Low tannins, crisp acidity and 13.5%abv. Lots of red fruit with cherry, strawberry and cranberry on nose and palate. At 7 years of age it’s still medium tiny in color but starting to show some lovely tertiary character with dried cherry, leather, forest floor and a touch of candied violet. This was enjoyable with grilled pollo asado. Very nice indeed. — a year ago
Palest straw color. Faintly fruity nose. Tart green apple and grassy notes. Delicious with a risotto and Pollo Al Matone — 3 years ago
Really spectacular, rich, nectary wine. Round ripe stone fruit with a whiff of citrus. Creamy without heaviness. Paired with Roman pastas and pollo alla diavolo it was a grounding presence… but we had a hard time not finishing it before the food came. — 5 years ago

Beautiful velvet Cabernet paired with our Pollo Marsala tonight.! Very well balanced red fruit and smoothly silky tannins. Love Stags Leap!!! — 8 years ago
Ayer lo acompañamos con unas empanadas de carne, queso y pollo, festejando la semana del malbec, bien frutado, frutos negros así como los secos bien marcados un ligero tostado al final, gran persistencia, invita a tomar, buen vino. — 9 years ago
Very floral. Flowers and great minerality. None of the almond associated with verdicchio. Some spice I can’t place. Allspice? Nutmeg? Requires further research so I can give an accurate review. Had this with Pollo in Potacchio- a Marchegiani recipe. — 2 years ago
Deep ruby color; cherries, smoke, and raspberries on the nose; medium acidity; medium minus tannins; tastes like pomegranate, crushed gravel, and cherries with a hint of citrus (maybe grapefruit) with a long finish. Nellie said it's ok. Its not my favorite style, but it's a good wine. I think it will pair well with arroz con pollo. — 3 years ago
PnP - awesome brightness and acidity right off the bat. Vanilla, oak (more than other ‘16 PMs in recent memory), and minerality in balance with more subdued tropical and tree fruits. Looking forward to having it with the Pollo in Potacchio simmering on the stove. — 7 years ago

A sumptuous marriage of Sangiovese and Cabernet. Deep garnet color and a bountiful nose of dark fruit and earth. Still fresh on the mid-palette, even for an '09, with cocoa notes, firm tannins and plenty of pepper on the finish. Don't get mad, but I paired it with some Pollo Loco for a random dinner with The Wife on a lazy Saturday afternoon. Turns out it was a match made in heaven (both the wine and wife pairing hehe). — 9 years ago
