Color of light egg white. A bit bubbly. Nose of ripe tropical fruits, like pineapple and mango, sweet Sprite, a bit nutty and a bit spice. Nose is quite decent. Taste also shows sweet citrus Sprite, a bit tinkling, green apple, roasted nuts, and a bit peppery. Aftertaste is medium long with savory notes from the taste, spicy sweet. Good flavors and above average. — 4 years ago
Minerality with fruit overtones. Slight grass tones on the nose with lush mouthfeel. Pleasant acidity in finish.
Enjoyable and versatile. — 2 months ago
Sousão grape 👍🏼 — 3 years ago
2005 vintage. Orange peel, watercress, dill and some meatiness in the nose. Light-medium body. A dead ringer for a comparably-aged Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars Fay or SLV cab. Def on the feminine side and a little tobacco and cinnamon on a lengthy finish. Top of its’ particular bell curve and has another 3-4 years at this station/junction. Lacks the stuffing to go farther but a very respectable showing nonetheless. Zero speed bumps and well integrated. — 3 years ago

Spicy and savory Zinfandel from El Pomar Sub-AVA in Paso Robles, California. Intense berry mix on both olfactory and taste, baked cherry, highly concentrated red fruits. Impactful mouthfeel, persistent and long finish. It screams BBQ ribs for pairing! — 8 months ago
