Tart cherries! Little salty. Hazy and sour like a gose. Blurring the line btw wine and beer! — 6 years ago
Full Pinot aroma on nice with a rich finish - nice wine. — 2 years ago
Nice medium pink Rose of Pinot Noir from Austria! mellowed by a bit of age. Strawberry peach orange and mixed floral acidic notes with very lively stony firm texture and good bite carrying through to a stimulating long finish. ABV 12. Nice JR buy and apparently top seller last several years. Last bottle. Raised score by one from 2016 note. — 5 years ago
Stumbled across this wine at a small local store and really enjoyed it — 6 years ago
I mean, the name alone makes you want to, at the very least, try it. And let me tell you, you’ll be happy you did! Some red fruit (cranberry mainly) and acidity with a yeasty finish. A fun change from your standard bubble options and the perfect holiday color! — 7 years ago
This is amazing. Unlike any sort of Rose I’ve seen. Not dry. Rich I color. — 7 years ago
Tom Casagrande
This is the Ode to Lulu Mourvèdre Rose (back label says that it’s “ancient vines” grown on sand, so maybe mostly CCC fruit?). The color so pale as to almost resemble a skin contact “orange” white wine. Nose is all fruit. Nectarine, strawberry, an orange-zest thing too. Dry and so gulpable. Dangerous on a warm and humid afternoon! — 7 days ago
