Very nice sparkler made from grapes grown near Lake Zürich. The producer is kind of a startup. They make a Blanc de Blancs from Räuschling, but I prefer this rosé from Pinot Noir. — 3 years ago

Outrageous and unique and so so well made. Rauschling is here! Nose of sea air, white peach, citrus and more. Super fruit and saline aromas. Palate is ridiculously elegant and intense with stunning balance, purity and minerality. Ultra clean and precise and like the Pinot it floats on the palate. Finish is all juicy lime and minerals.
