So hard to believe that this was built on two year leaf grapes. Talk about a great rookie season! Mostly cab sauv , this did indeed punch far beyond it’s expected weight class. Complex yet fairly linear and sequential, this has the dna of the championship level big boy (glen manor/rdv/linden). While only a 375 mL bottle, it had aged remarkably well and would be worth another library investment if available ;) — 4 years ago

Wonderfully complete - shades of RdV or Glen Manor. This has the dense violet core plus the herbal and dark berry generoisity to make Rack of Lamb and Hanger Steak at Bistro L’Hermitage sing :) — 6 years ago

67% CF 33% PV: 34months in French!! Only 105 cases. One of the longest, most flavorful & vibrant finishes ever in a mid-Atlantic build. Ohh, the body was plush velvet with precise fruit notes. Compares to RdV...it was all that. One more bottle on hand. — 5 years ago
