This wine is quite dark in the glass. The nose brings a powerful whiff of dark fruit and earth, with a hint of smoke behind it. The palate offers a rich, full mouthfeel, with flavors of plum, blackberry, and black cherry out front. There is a mineral-laden earthiness to the taste, a savory herbal streak which always attracts me. The finish is medium long and serves as a reminder of the darkness in the sip. Tannins are semi-smooth and acidity is refreshing. The alcohol certainly doesn’t seem like it’s almost 15%. — 2 months ago
Dark ruby coloration. On the nose, dark berry, cocoa and leather. On the palate, full bodied, dark cherry, dark berry, chocolate, and espresso. Medium tannins. Not complex, but Nice table wine. — 2 months ago
Very young and could do with some years in the bottle. But after decanting: Lush and powerful fruit bomb with dusty tannins, herbal notes, roasted bell peppers and mocha. Super delicious — a month ago

Vintage unknown, 2021 entered below. Our first Loire S b. Loved it. Couldn’t detect any “fume”. Will try a Sancerre next to compare. At WA Frost w W & friends. — 2 months ago
Very good paired with tomato based pasta. — 2 months ago
One of my all-time favorites. Explosive on the tongue, fruit forward. A lingering aftertaste — 3 months ago

Flint, pear, and green apple. Crisp and bright. Not a ton on the nose but lovely on the palate. — 16 hours ago
