Gorgeous fleurie. Cranberries, dark strawberries, stone, some forest and barnyard, it’s too “crunchy” to be Pinot but leans toward burgundy Pinot. Unbelievable with pork chops and food. Ruby red color with aromas of red fruits, floral and spice notes. On the palate flavors of cherry and plum with notes of cacao and spice. Fine tannins, medium+ savory finish, ending with fruit, spice and slight earthy notes. Nice! — 9 months ago
