Opening up more. A lot of forest, baking spice, raspberry, cranberry, cherries, tea, earth, long lingering finish. Outstanding! — 2 months ago
Iodine, earth, dirt, tannic. A big wine will easily hold up to steak or game. Orange peel, touch dark ripe cherries, spices (touch cinnamon), black tea leaves. Full of character and terroir driven. From South Africa. Decomposed Granite and volcanic rock. 13.5%. — 6 months ago
Really fresh and bright. Mostly Grenache this vintage. A lot of earth, olive, blueberry, “crunchy” cranberry, good acidity. Apple. Herbs, pepper. Pretty great crushable Grenache, syrah, Mourvèdre. — 2 months ago
This wine is just getting good. A lot of baking spice, apple, dried herbs, cranberry, kind of like Thanksgiving sans turkey and potatoes. Really opens after 90 minutes of air. Outstanding — 5 months ago
Outstanding! Smells like gamay! Crunchy fruit, pepper, more tart fruits. So crushable — 2 months ago
Grapefruit upfront, and on the mid pallet finishes with a slight hint of minerals. Very impressive for the his being a 23 vintage. — 2 months ago
Ruby red, forest floor, cranberry, tartness, and a medium finish. — 4 months ago

So well balanced. Good fruit, white pepper, plum, cherry and the stem. Excellent with meat for dinner. Lighter bodied for ca but still substantial. This is a crowd pleaser. — 8 hours ago
