Wow. Sick wine. Just sick. 16 Barolo is crazy. Nose is so floral and layered it’s crazy just wow. Cherries from heaven. Cherry cough drop when god gets a sore throat. Not pennies. Floral. Like way way floral. So damn impressive. Tar, leather and tobacco, smoke, so so so complex. Mint, menthol. Tree bark. Heaven. Ethereal. 9.6/9.7 on nose. Dried roses. Fresh roses. Incredible. Palate is haunting. Gives one shivers down the spine. It opens like crazy. Elegant and so pure. Dazzlingly pure. Elite finesse and fruit quality. This makes one’s stomach drop. The level of detail and finesse is crazy. Beautiful pure cherry fruit. Just so detailed. And driven by finesse. Juicy and concentrated with velvety but substantial tannins and not a hair out of place. So so pure. I can’t say it enough. This is sick. How is this better than the Saffirio label? It just is. This is elite elite elite. Super elite. I can’t. This is a 9.8. The balanced is supernatural. — 6 years ago
One of my favourite bubble
Just out of the area of Champagne appellation
Supernatural Like all the wines of the Beaufort family
Doesn't need to be served super cold
Complex and very queffable
Someone would say smashable 🤣
I love it

Single vineyard barbera, supernatural earthy flavors, meaty almost. Super fresh even at 4 yrs age jumps out of the bottle. Aged 2 years on the lees. — 10 years ago

Stunningly floral right out of the gate: roses, lilies, peonies, lilac, with green and black olive underneath. Palate is juicy and elegant, with tiny-berry fruit intensity, outrageous fruit quality, supernatural balance, beautiful purity, and a long, persistent finish. Very young, but already a huge step up over 2021 and 2022. 9.6 for now. — a month ago
Beautiful fizzy strawberry juice. Not a great deal of depth of flavour but tasty — 6 years ago

intensely dark fruit + brett. black currant, blueberry, tons of peppery spice, black tea, dried herbs, high acid, mid-high tannin. way darker and more mineral-driven than the last version i had, but still funky, tart and dope 👌 #grenache #supernatural — 9 years ago

Dry and complex. Very unlike most Supernatural Bruts in the past. Crisp with a citrus fruit note. Long toasty dry finish. Great with appetizers. I'd loved to see how this ages. — 10 years ago

Fast becoming one of my favorite producers in Burgundy. His higher-end offerings are stellar, but this wine has a supernatural QPR at $32. If you can find the 2015, buy it. The 2014 of this Chorey was tasty as well, and the Beaune-Toussaints 1er Cru was simply amazing. Everything you'd want in a fruit-forward but balanced Burgundy. — 8 years ago

Stunningly beautiful wine. Supernatural balance, complete in every direction, glides across the palate with not a hair out of place. So much finesse, so much elegance, and that aristocratic class only the greatest Spätlesen in the world have. In a totally different league. — a month ago
