Dark purple/ruby color made from high altitude fruit. Quite aromatic featuring cooked plums and blueberries with hints of violet, mint and lavender. Juicy plum and blueberry flavors fill the palate with additional notes of baking spices and roasted nuts. A bit of cedar on the long finish. Medium-plus body with pretty fine tannins. The color is borderline Shiraz with a visible hint of purple.
