Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2023 pours a straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of yellow apple, pineapple, white flowers, and a touch of lemon cream. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. Pretty delicious stuff considering the humble price. Drink now. — 5 days ago

One of the most peculiar situation in Burgundy
In the producer's area rhe grapes are full of nobel rot(botrytis as stated on the label) and you can feel that very much in the wine with the dry apricot scent and flavour
The wine was in the cellar for a while and once opened it took very little to express its best
Amazing wine, i must get more of their wines but prices have gone sky rocketing
