solid white here: traveled thru Slovenia years ago and liked almost all the indigenous wines we had, this showed a sparkly straw color w/greenish hues, delicate florals & subtle white fruit on the nose, something really sweet & earth driven & minerals. on the palate it is silky smooth just a tiny bit oily sporting that low key white fruit but now w/some citrus. well balanced, plenty of integrated acidity, med (-) bodied and lingering finish. go find some - great QPR — 5 days ago

Ancient Pinella varietal-Veneto origin but now 97% is grown in Slovenia. Floral notes, crisp acidity. Label says 14% abv but seemed much lower than that. Nice find at a local wine shop in Pacifica. — 4 years ago

Really nice dry white out of 100% Malvazija, a truly Mediterranean variety. Very aromatic, tropical fruits. Not so overly fruity, herbaceous and hint of fruit blossoms. Moderate mineral and nice juiciness on the back palate. Had it paired with grilled chunky and meaty fish. — 10 months ago
