2011. Really like this. Earth but still fruit. Easy. — 10 years ago
2012 vintage. Great Blaufränkisch. Cool, very mineral, nice acidity. Spicy, tobacco, smoke, cherries and blueberries, blood(!). — 10 years ago
Mmmm I would totally date a Blaufrankisch — 10 years ago
Very easy to drink and juicy! Not very tannic. — 10 months ago
Drank this one right after the last glass Wachter Wieslers bela joska Eisenberg 2013. Man it is really quite the same. Must be the terroir, slightly different but i cant describe that :). Really earthy, grippingly mineralic, dark cherry paired with flashy red sour cranberry, peppery. I love Blaufränkisch and Eisenbergs geological preferences, dont know what it is exactly, but its good. Biodynamic handcare. Great elegant and complex stuff for this price segment. Uwe Schiefer had some bad luck in late times. So drink his god damn good wines! — 8 years ago

WOTN!!! Truly in a great, great place right!
A phenomenal Bordeaux showing everything that I adore: pencil shavings, granite minerality , gorgeously integrated and a 90+ second finish. The only thing missing to make this a perfect 10 is my good friend @Ron R sitting next to me enjoying the bottle that he gifted to Christine & I!!
You are a stud my friend! In the spirit of friendship this was shared and enjoyed with a few of my great friends: @Drew feinberg and Bill Wachter. Come to Think of it, I think my friend Brandon may have had a glass of this as well? I’m sure they will all add their own tasting notes shortly. @brandon brandon
Im not sure what we traded in order for me to get this bottle but I am 100% certain that you received the short end of the stick!!!!!
I’ll make it up to you, 🙌👏👏👏🙌. — 6 years ago
