That label! How can you not love the label and the name of this awesome (groovy?) wine? 90% Chardonnay / 10% Riesling, although you can definitely taste the Riesling backbone. Crazy nose, flowers, yeast, lemon. Vibrant and juicy on the palate. A fun and delicious wine and fantastic QPR. — 6 years ago
Ripe sweet red fruit on the nose- beautifully aromatic and long lasting. Notes of red berries and vanilla. One of the best carb francs. I have had yet — 7 years ago
Solid Riesling. From mom’s birthday Kurt pairing. Not sure we liked enough to get again compared to others but definitely enjoyable. Could taste the age in a good way. — 7 months ago
Solid. Not as bold as the last vintage I had but I like it. — 5 years ago
Light, tart, gorg color. — 6 years ago

On the nose, the forward aromas are sweet-honey and brown sugar. On the palate, the acidity balances it all off with ripe lime zest and granite/petrol. Its thinner and shorter than you’d want it to be, but it also has a visceral personality with an oily slipperiness that really rounds it back into solid form. — 6 years ago
V interesting. Tastes completely different than I expected from smell — 7 years ago
Third generation grower Jim Maresh launched his own brand in 2007. Maresh Vineyard was first planted in 1970 by grandparents Jim & Loie. Medium Ruby color with aromas of aa array of red berry fruits with a touch of cooling mint. On the palate cherry and berry fruits, well structured, with a touch of rustic spice. Fine dusty tannins, balanced with acidity, medium-bodied, long finish ending with earthy mineral character. Very Nice! — 4 months ago

Finally opening this wine from Jennifer’s farewell luncheon and it is exquisite! Mike Trujillo’s winemaking prowess is on display and there is the perfect blend of strength and finesse with this wine. I love these wines and sad we don’t get to look forward to more vintages of her brand but glad that TRB has taken the reigns of what the vineyard has to offer. — 6 years ago

This was great. Not bone-dry, lovely acidity, but also rich and pliant, charming and self-assured. Lemoncurd, tropical spices and fruits, apricot jam, stony minerals from front to back.
To drink now and during the next decade. — 4 days ago
