Deep ruby in color; black cherries, black plums, and black pepper on the nose; medium acidity; medium plus tannins; tastes like blackberries, violets, and wet slate with a long finish. — a month ago
Made from the curious Ortega grape (Müller Thurgau x Siegerrebe). Brown golden color. Fresh nose with hints of mocca and caramel. Nice acidity with lemonzest and orange bitters. Paired perfectly with Crème Brulee. Interesting glass. — 6 years ago
‘19 Holden Manx Barrel Fermented Chardonnay. Standout orchard fruits highlighted by peach pit/mango mid palate…not hiding behind toasty new oak. It’s still creamy & round, with just enough acidity to balance. — 3 years ago
