Very drinkable now. Smooth with bright red fruits and a good finish. A red wine my wife likes with good fruit up front. — 6 months ago
Opens up nicely. Heavy cherry on the front and some chocolate. Oak, on the back end. Medium tannin, medium body — 7 months ago
Earthy and not giving away much initially, was worried after 20 mins. By 30 it blossomed, full on cassis and vanilla tannins, undergrowth. Dark red fruit, Rutherford dust. Notwithstanding a Bordeaux vibe there was no mistaking this for anything but a high-end Napa cab. Awesome one at that. I wouldn’t wait much longer… — 9 months ago
Beautiful Lemon and crisp finish. Great with pasta and clams! — 4 months ago
The same Tempier game - deep, textbook, best at cellar temp for nuanced aromas and weighted viscosity.

Dried orange peel, grapefruit, peach, and soft red melon and furry raspberry.

Englishman Jonathan Maltus (of La Dome) Napa project. Nose shows blackcurrant, plum, cassis, pencil shavings, and clove with a herbaceous undertone. Juicy with medium to full body. Velvety tannins. Stylish, but lacking a bit of depth and complexity. — 7 months ago
Louis Martin
Luscious, silky, sugary. Perfect with a classic Madeleine to end a luxurious French meal. — a month ago
