Beautiful golden color. 2012 vintage. Buttery, pineapple with beautiful freshness balanced with pleasant creamy mouthfeel. Medium body, medium finish, medium acid but high considering this is almost a 10 year old wine! — 3 years ago
Not an Arneis fan in general but love this one for its minerally notes and crispness . Beautiful nose and goes down real easy! — 5 years ago
Medium intensity on the nose. Coming from this sub-appellation should be more elegant but I found it to be quite rich but still quaffable! Hints of sweet tobacco, marjoram, blossoms lead way to ripe red fruits like cherries and plums. I could detect the oak from vanilla and cedar flavors which did not make me fall in love with this wine. Nice mouthfeel but a but hot on the finish. #valtellina #chiavennasca #nebbiolo #italianredwine — 4 years ago
Almost a perfect white for me! An incredibly intriguing zesty lemon like flavor with brilliant usage of oak to give it an addicting complexity. Absolutely loved this. — 3 years ago
Strangely upon opening quite an oaky nose - blew off but wine felt a tad “hot” despite 13,5% alcohol! Enjoyable balance though between the power and finesse of Nebbiolo! — 5 years ago

Look at this golden/amber color!

On nose seems very much like dessert wine with dried apricots, candied citrus and flowers and a bit of funky rubber but on the palate it is extremely dry with a lot of power (slightly too much for me 14.5%! Alc). Beautifully fresh with super long finish with spices, apricots, almonds and candied ginger.
Very interesting white! — 3 years ago
