2021 vintage. Medium-heavy body. Slightly sulphury on the nose but that blew off after 30 seconds or so. Plodding yet smooth without plans for world domination or retribution for a forgotten lunch date. Drinkable without being gratuitous. 03.05.25. — 5 days ago
2023 vintage. Great quaffer for the price. Light-medium body with decent concentration and s'up fruit contributions looking up from their cubicles. Eminently drinkable. 03.05.25. — 5 days ago
2019 vintage. Last tasted 08.19.23 (9.5). Still medium heavy-heavy bod. Plushy nose, aggressively undying flavors and brick + mortar structure. Comparable to what it must have been like to see Mozart live back in that day. Confusing. Pure. Beyond mortal comprehension. "It's getting better all the time." 03.08.25. — 2 days ago
2021 vintage. Interesting Napa cab in the mid-$20's a btl resto cost. Medium body. Same winemaker as Vineyard 29 but somewhat different stylistically. Those light/medium bodied wines have more mineral-driven style whereas this has more dark fruit (blackberry, plum, blueberry) and slightly more body. Both ride on the subtlety fringes and, correspondingly, this is more complimentary than demonstrative. Still, for the price (less than $30 a btl resto cost), great value. 03.05.25. — 5 days ago
2023 vintage. Last tasted 06.05.24 (9.2). Still medium body but added weight, honey and minerals. Nose a little mustier now. Still very nice. 03.05.25. — 5 days ago
2013 vintage. Decanted and tasted at room temps 1.5 and 2.5 hours after said decant. No sed. Golden, honeyed, mead nose and flavors along with a splash of incidental and transient citrus baggage. Rays of acidic sunshine still (surprisingly) coming through with intensity. Lengthy exeunt. Dayumed delish for a decade+ old white Burg. Can go forth and prosper in this stead for approx 4-5 years. 03.07.25. — 3 days ago
2021 vintage. Light-medium body. Nose with some earth and cherry notes, Milk chocolate flavors tumble into the proceedings. Light tannins and harmonious. Really nice value. Trader Joe’s selection at $8.99. Will be picking up a case of this to multi-purpose whenever/wherever. 03.06.25. — 4 days ago
2018 vintage. Oodles of color. Medium/medium-heavy body. Dark fruit. Hints of Plushytown. Plenty of spice and framework on the tannic end. Doesn't need more age/bottle conditioning as much as it could use an hour or two in a decanter. Nice now but plenty of potential. 03.05.25. — 5 days ago
2022 vintage. Smoky and plummy with freshness throughout. Medium body but drank light-medium bod. Not as enamored with this region and Cab Francs as the average bear but this was banging. $14.27 a btl resto cost. Can't fit it onto the current list but it's on the radar and will look to potentially squeeze this or another future vintage into the offerings. Phenomenal value. 03.05.25. — 5 days ago

2000 vintage. Last tasted 02.09.24 (9.5) and 12.02.22 (9.6). Decent fill, solid cork. Decanted and tasted after 5 minutes. High decant had the appropriately aged, BDX funk in the atmosphere where multiple guests could smell it. Compacted, light body. Explosively complex flavors and notes. This is at the top of the bell curve currently. Possibly another 4-5 years in these lands. Yet again, need to pick up more. The very definition of finesse. 03.08.25. — 2 days ago
