Very nice wine from La Mission. Decanted 3 hours which I’d suggest - at cork pop it was a bit woody. Bit less acid than I was hoping, and actually ever so slightly disjointed. But still delicious and just a beautiful pairing with some nice ribeye. Aromatically very nice but the palate could be more together and present. — a year ago
Seductively pleasing. Such a pretty champagne to the eye. To the nose, as well. Strawberries and dried cherries initially with lemons. Apricots and a touch of melon. A bit of pomegranates and floral notes, as well.
Impeccably creamy and vivacious throughout. This is a more serious version of a rosé. Rich and complex with plenty of depth. From Villers-Marmery, 75/25 Chardonnay/Pinot Noir with 12% of still red wine added. Nuanced and well balanced with red and blue fruits on the palate. Orange peel, spice, and the hint of chalk. A long, persistent finish that makes you want another glass. And then another. And then another. — a year ago

Delightful Chianti. Bold and big, dark red color, juicy cherries slightly fruit forward. Really like it. Fortunately I bought 3 bottles. Will buy again. Thanks to my friends at crush in NYC for recommending it to me. — a year ago
