Medium mouthfeel, buttery and olive-briny, white mushroom, flat-citric lemon oil bordering on curd, and yellow wax beans with water chestnuts and almonds. Nice acidity keeps tho one from becoming sluggish. A full, round mouthful, with plenty to contemplate.
