Warm baguette with whipped butter and lemon. Artichoke, green tomato, grilled pineapple, smoky hog jowl on greens, pretzel dough, basil and capers are bursting from the glass in gaseous form. Medium mouthfeel, buttery and olive-briny, white mushroom, flat-citric lemon oil bordering on curd, and yellow wax beans with water chestnuts and almonds. Nice acidity keeps tho one from becoming sluggish. A full, round mouthful, with plenty to contemplate.
