#overrated tasted it blind with 3 other #supertuscan wines ranging from 40€, 75€ and these and #ornellaia (the best). all the other 3 were better. This was light intensity aromas on the nose, it really the least aromatic and then on the palate it was acidic just a little disjointed and unbalanced. — 4 years ago

Big fun for vacation. Huge wine. Open for 90 minutes before first sip. Rich dark colour Notes of dark oak, cedar and tobacco on the nose. Still lots of tannin and despite the considerable grip well balanced and elegant. Truly lovely but can wait another 5 years for the next to see it evolve.
