Medium ruby, clear and bright medium+ nose of primary aromas like red fruits (raspberry, cherry, red plum) pungent spice (licorice) secondary aromas of oak (vanilla, butterscotch, chocolate) and MLF (cream). On the palate it's dry with sweet ripe fruit like red fruits (raspberry, cherry, red plum) and spicey new oak flavors (cedar, vanilla and butterscotch) and pungent spices like licorice. Medium + acidity, high alcohol and a medium+ ripe tannin. Medium body and medium+ intensity flavors. Medium+ finish that leaves a sweet red fruit and butterscotch flavor. Very good wine due to the typicity of a #riberadelduero #roble #tempranillo wine a nice balance between ripe fruits medium+ refreshing acidity and a soft ripe tannin. The complexity and elegance are very good for a young wine. Mature. drink now and good for next 2-4 years. — 7 years ago
Nice rich and smooth #riberadelduero #roble A little reduction at first, but then opened to blackberry, mocha loveliness. #carpediem — 8 years ago

I like unoaked #Toro and #Roble Toro wines when they’ve aged in the bottle for at least 18 months. The tannins smooth out and the fruit stays strong and pure. This is an affordable and juicy #Tempranillo wine. My suggestion, look for older vintages or cellar it awhile — 5 years ago
