Merlot, one unappreciated variety, but this one l appreciate it very much. It's like dancing Tango, naked in front of the mirror when no one is watching.

Dark cherry with a spicy complexity and a nice Cabernet ending. A very good Merlot from Howell Mtn near Angwin.

This was a decent Merlot with, I believe, a little cab sauv+cab franc plus petit verdot added in for some palatable variations. Chocolate notes, finish is long, 14.5 abv but not hot. Was good p&p, & better by the next day as well.
