Red fruit and thyme nose. Raspberry (and leaf) roasted vegetables (in a good way) white pepper with tannins at the edges. Opens nicely. Great pairing with lamb pasta. TBL

Right in the middle of new world and old world - ready to drink now. Still bright and rewarding, plenty of tannin for bistecca.

Fruit comes forward first on the nose, with notes of cranberry, sweet raspberry and velvet. The palate starts with the same, with bold ripe red fruits, then opening into leather, wood, and developing Further into velvety, long tannins on the finish. Nebbiolo sounds intimidating but it’s surprisingly medium bodied and the tannins, at least here, are delicate in the end. Paired with Italian Gorgonzola cheese this becomes transcendent.
