On the nose, the wine is developing with green apple, raspberry, honey, and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and layered. This is supremely balanced and locked in, showing so well. Plenty of life but a treat to enjoy right now. Through 2041.

This was a powerful bottle. Almost over the top richness and acidity. Exotic fruit, honeycomb, candied fennel, oyster liquor and limestone. Excellent. 🥂🍾🍑🦪

Wow! Beautiful. Lemon curd, brioche, seashells, a bit of raisin, also some dried cherry. It keeps evolving. So glad I got to try something like this. Really magnificent.
