Domaine Sainte Claire Chablis Chardonnay

Quite rich. Flavors border into tropical. Bit of salt and chalk. My sister said “tastes like sitting on a beach with a tropical drink.”

2015, hint crushed rock and orange blossom. Nice Graham from the slightest of oak.

Not bad. Sweeter than expected and a little one-note.

Good acidity, lees aging for nice mouthfeel, some phenolic bitterness

Bright, med + acid, mild toast, med - alcohol...under ripe apricot/nectarine, limestone, floral white dandelion/rose, lil grassy...not completely my steez as the acid is pretty ripping but very accommodating with food..yeah if buy it again

Starts with tart green apple, then some pear. A bit of barnyard funk on the nose, then a crisp, chalky finish.

This was really nice, softness but still good acidity, good youthfulness and fruit flavors.

Much richer than I have beforehand experienced Chablis...but surely that's a defining aspect of different vintages and selected parcels. Unscrew and pour. Very easy drinking.
