Hard to get a read on this. Slate and lime; a little leesiness as it opens up. Kind of a wallflower.

Golden straw colored, nose of a basket of fresh mushrooms, same on palate with a slight beer or cider component. High acid, vinous finish. Perfect with a bowl of mushroom bisque.

Very refreshing, crisp but with body and structure too.

Delicious like champagne but with a little funk and extra nuttiness

Round, golden easy pleasure with lovely layers of goodness. Profound no, but delicious yes.

Yeasty nose but mineral taste. Nice!

Sparkling to cook by. Tasty with some interesting mineral-driven complexity. A great accompaniment to working through Sunday’s mise en place.
