Had another bottle. Golden straw with tropical fruit aromas and floral spice. 40% of the wine was age for 12 months in French oak barrels. The cool-climate Casablanca Chardonnay shows flavors ripe pineapple, melon and tropical fruit with some banana (which I remembered from my last taste). On the finish balanced acidity, well integrated, nice soft ending with good length. Still tastes fine.
