Beautiful older Barolo that reminded me of Burgundy with a melange of red cherry, strawberry & orange peel, soy, earth, leather, savory herbs & rose petal. I sometimes find it can be hit & miss with older Barolo but this was in pristine shape & with air improved with the 2nd glass.
