Last night we opened the 2012 Pali Huntington Santa Barbra County Pinot Noir.
On the nose there is strawberry, cherry, cranberry, allspice, vanilla, herbal notes, oak and earth.
On the palate there is black cherry, raspberry, strawberry, cinnamon, clove, cola, oak and eathy notes.
This wine is medium to medium+ body with a soft mouthfeel medium + acidity and medium round mouthcoating tannins that leaves you with a medium to long red and black fruit earthy finish.
